About Me

Sustainability is not only my livelihood, but also a mission I live from my heart.

  • I can inspire your team, find your unique "why?" and kickstart the sustainability agenda so it becomes a natural part of your business success.
  • I take over or implement the complete agenda – from mapping the initial state through strategy setting to daily work with suppliers, customers, and your team. I am not an external consultant, but an interim worker inside the company – I carry out the regular agenda, take responsibility, and deliver results.
  • I engage all team members across the company – from management to operations. I help find the real meaning of why to engage in sustainability. When people understand that ESG relates to what they themselves do, they begin to perceive it as a natural part of their work, not as a foreign directive.
  • On these foundations, I build a strategy that connects the company's business goals, its values, and corporate culture with customer requirements for a responsible and transparent supply chain. I set everything up so ESG functions efficiently, meaningfully, and long-term – as an organic part of business, not as its add-on.
  • When the strategy is running, people know it, and sustainability becomes daily practice, I leave. What remains is a functioning system, strengthened customer trust, and a team that knows what it does, where it's going, and why.
  • I work with companies that don't want an ESG manager full-time, but know they need someone who will truly implement ESG and teach them to work with it.
