I process your data only to the extent necessary for each specific purpose:

• Consulting and services (Name, email, phone, company details) – to fulfil the contract and communicate with you.
• Online consultations and seminars (Name, email, phone, payment details) – registration, booking via Microsoft Bookings, sending access credentials, and technical management of online meetings/seminars in Microsoft Teams.
• Accounting and tax purposes (Invoicing details) – processing required by law (invoicing, bookkeeping).
• Marketing (Newsletter) (Email) – if you are an existing client (legitimate interest) or have given consent, I send information about new services, seminars, and news via Ecomail.cz.
• Members' area and access to materials (Name, email, login credentials, registration data) – creating and managing your user account, verifying access, providing materials, and keeping registration records.

• Recording: If a seminar is recorded, you are informed in advance in the invitation. The recording is primarily intended for participants to watch back.
• Distribution of recordings: If a recording is offered as a standalone product (online course), it is edited so that other participants cannot be identified (discussion cut, questions anonymised), unless explicit consent was given.
• Confidentiality: Information shared during individual consultations is treated as strictly confidential and is not part of any publicly available recordings.

I process your data on the basis of:

• Performance of a contract – your order of a service or webinar.
• Legal obligation – tax and accounting laws.
• Legitimate interest – protection of my rights, direct marketing to existing clients.
• Consent – newsletter sign-up if you are not an existing client.

• Administration and accounting: Invoicing system – Airbank a.s.
• Technical tools and cloud services: Microsoft 365 – in particular Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Bookings, OneDrive and SharePoint (for calls, online meetings, booking appointments, storing documents and sharing materials).
• Technical tools and website operation: LANGTAIL.COM (website hosting, members' area management and user registration database).
• Email marketing: ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o. (for newsletter distribution and contact database management).

All these parties ensure a high standard of security in accordance with GDPR.

• Contract fulfilment data: For the duration of the cooperation and subsequently for the limitation period (generally 3 years).
• Accounting documents: 10 years.
• Marketing purposes: Until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised (max. 5 years from last contact).

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data and information on how it is processed.
• Rectification of inaccurate data.
• Erasure (right to be forgotten) if there is no longer a legal reason for processing.
